What do I do if I forget my reusable bottle?
Simply grab a pre-filled Omo or Surf bottle on the side of the station and bring the empty one next time! Both Omo and Surf bottles are made with recycled plastic so you can still shop, guilt-free. Alternatively any other 1.8L/2L laundry bottle is compatible with the station.
Is it safe to launch a refill station during the COVID-19 pandemic?
We recognise the effects of releasing the refill trial during the coronavirus pandemic and as part of the process customers will be required to sanitize before using the station. The refill station will also be constantly cleaned throughout the trial.

What are the plans for more refill stations?
The refill station is an Australia first trial. The idea aims to significantly reduce the use of plastic packaging related to laundry and is something we would love to implement across all of Australia. The aim of the refill station is to kick-start a reuse revolution as we look at ways, we can reduce our plastic consumption. If the trial is successful, we will look to implement this across more stores.
Are the reusable bottles made from recycled materials?
The reusable Omo & Surf bottles are made from 25% recycled plastic. We strongly encourage you to continue to reuse this durable bottle many times.
Can I buy the refills on promotion?
With its already discounted price, there will be no promotions on the refill station.
