Go Go Garden Maths

Want to know the hardest part about teaching children maths? It’s making it fun. If it’s not fun it’s much harder to learn, and the harder it is to learn, the harder it will be to help your kids improve their skills. So make maths fun with Go Go Garden Maths.

An easy game to set up and make a lot of fun, Go Go Garden Maths turns water balloons into a great learning tool. Here’s what you need to play.

You Will Need:

  • A bag of baloons
  • 5 - 10 Hula-hoops
  • Pens / Permanent Markers
  • Paper

What You’ll Need to Do:

Fill your balloons with water and write different sums on them, without the answers, carefully. Lay out your hula-hoops in the garden (or somewhere you don’t mind water splashing). Write down the answers to the sums on each balloon on individual pieces of paper and place the pieces of paper inside each hula-hoop.

Now, the challenge! Your kids have to throw the balloon with the write sum into the hula-hoop that has the correct answer. Every time they get it right they get a point, and at the end of the game the player with the most points wins the game.

Go Go Garden Maths is an amazing way to teach your kids how to enjoy mathematics while spending time outside in the sun, instead of hiding inside watching TV. It also teaches you some bery important lessons about your child’s math knowledge, which can only help you help them in the future.

Make sure you make the most of this great interactive game to help your kids develop fantastically well.
