Step 1: Lay 2 skipping ropes down next to each other, and instruct your kids to complete 30 skips in a row.
Step 2: Hand the courageous challenger 3 sheets of last weeks newspaper, and instruct them to place 1 piece beneath every step that they take. Add in a tricky turn somewhere and watch them slip and slide across the lawn.
Step 3: Lay the hula hoops out in a straight line and instruct your brave competitors to jump into the middle of the first hoop, complete 10 hula’s, drop the hoop where they found it, move on to the next hoop and repeat. This one is sure to make the sweat drip.
As the evenings get lighter it means more time to stay outside and make the most of every extra hour. Get your kid's friends start a rounders league, and change the team members around each week to make sure it doesn't get too competitive! (it's also a great excuse to socialise with other Mums over
